Zumba is a great workout for every body! A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

$10 per person

Who should join? Anyone who wants a great full-body cardio workout that can help develop strength, improve heart health, and maintain a healthy weight. Hip Hop is a fun way to express yourself!
